Carved to order at the counter
Holbunz has been serving shawarma since 2022 from a counter inside Victoria Food Hub. Two spits turn all day — chicken and lamb — and everything is carved to order in front of you.
Salad trays sit along the glass: shredded lettuce, pickled red cabbage, tomato, red onion. Say the word and it goes in your wrap, box or bowl. Halal throughout, and the burgers are homemade British beef.
